- 27/12/2015 - discover a hard lump under armpit during father admission and at night another hard lump at my left breast which i ignore earlier.
- 28/12/2015 - check up at panel Clinic Kim Phileo Damansara, KIM write letter refer to Assunta Hostpital General Surgeon Dr. Liew Kah Foong
- 30/12/2015 - checkup at Assunta, do ultrasound and extract some sample from armpit lump and left breast lump.
- 07/01/2016 - follow up at Assunta, informed that sample result from armpit show positive, and result from left breast uncertain. Doctor asking whether can extract the sample again with bigger niddle and I reject. Then will go for surgery and remove the lump straight away. Take chest Xray, blood test. Blood and Xray result passed, arrange admission for following Tuesday 12/01/2016.
- 07/01/2016 - same day evening, try looks for hospital near by my house for my breast surgery, and feel unsafe without 2nd opinion, go check out at Desa Park City, and get Breast Cancer Surgeon Doctor Yip Ching Har's nurse advice. Get referral letter from Clinic Reddy Selayang for next day appointment with Doctor Yip.
- 08/01/2016 - check up with Doctor Yip at Desa Park City, take mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy on left breast lump to confirm the result again.

- 09/01/2016 - cancel admission appointment with Assunta.
- 11/01/2016 - Doctor Yip called back and confirm the biopsy result is positive, request me to met her at Subang Jaya Medical Center next day morning.
- 12/01/2016 - Doctor Yip said result might be stage 2 or 3, and I decide to remove left breast and request the surgery done tomorrow. Doctor Yip arrange with Desa Park City Medical Center and request me to do admission today before 1pm for CT scan.

- 12/01/2016 - same day noon 12pm, admission at Desa Park City Medical Center, take CT scan, blood test.
- 13/01/2016 - Wednesday. Breast operation (mastectomy - whole left breast remove ) and 22 lymph nodes been removed from armpit. Discharge at 16/01/2016 Saturday. @RM 12714.50
side effects of remove the lymph nodes from under arm :
@ prevent your lymphatic system from working properly.
@ have to prevent infection, injection, carry heavy thing (>=2kg), bug bites, heave exercise, massage, sauna, cuts,burns, scratch,
@ have to exercise the left hand regularly to avoid discomfort.
- 22/01/2016 - after surgery follow up at Desa Park City Medical Center with Dr Yip. Result is Stage 3 (due to 8 out of 22 lymph node show positive + 3.1 cm node at left breast) and triple negative (no hormone and HER2 related) which is aggressive breast cancer type and chemo with radio are better option. write refer letter to oncologist at Subang Jaya Medical Center (Doctor Yap) and University Specialist (Doctor Ho) for 2nd opinion.
- 23/01/2016 - check up with oncologist at Subang Jaya Medical Center Doctor Yap. Suggest 6 times of chemo FEC x 3 + Tex x 3 with 3 weeks interval, follow by 25 times radio. Bone scan is required before chemo, and lung checking due to the CT scan result, thus, advice to have PET scan before chemo.
- 28/01/2016 - check up with oncologist at UMSC Doctor Ho, suggest 8 times of chemo Tex x 4 + AC x 4 with 2 weeks interval, follow by 25 to 30 times of radio. Bone scan is required or PET scan is better option before chemo, I choose to do PET scan. Write refer letter to do PET scan at Subang Jaya Medical Center.

- 03/02/2016 - Done PET Scan at Subang Jaya Medical Center and result out by 05/02/2016.
- 15/02/2016 - 年初八， follow up checking with UMSC Doctor HO with PET scan result, still have 3 little cancer cells under chest. Chemo started next day 16/2/2015 (年初九天公诞）.
